How I evolved as a therapist ….. My education started with a BA in Psychology from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA and an MA in School Counseling from Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ.

I began my journey as a therapist with a main interest in school counseling and working with middle school and high school students.  After working with the youth population, I shifted focus to the parents and the adult population.  To further pursue this interest, I began working in a community agency setting.

While working in the adult outpatient world, I completed specialized trainings in Postpartum Depression and have worked directly with the PPD hotline, counseling pregnant and new moms.  I also became a certified IPVA (Intimate Partner Violence Advocate) with A Partnership for Change, an organization focusing on domestic violence advocacy and counseling.  The majority of my counseling experience consists of clients suffering from Adjustment Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, PPD, Trauma, Domestic Violence, Relationship Issues, Infidelity, Borderline Personality Disorder, and other Personality Disorders.  I have also worked with clients suffering from Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, and Dissociative Identity Disorder.

As I continued to evolve as a counselor, I started finding myself wanting to help other counselors.  I enjoyed being in a teacher role and a consultant, so I completed the CCE Approved Clinical Supervisor Professional Development training from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.  This credential allows me to be a clinical supervisor for counselors working towards earning their professional state counseling license.  As a clinical supervisor, I’ve learned that counselor development occurs across a lifespan, with different types of supervision needed at each different counseling level or stage.

I started Evolve Counseling and Wellness to help all people process their feelings and emotions, determine their strengths, and ultimately make changes to evolve and move forward.  I use clinical techniques from several theoretical perspectives – CBT, Positive Psychology, Solution-Focused, Cognitive Developmental, Psychosocial, and Humanistic therapies.

Antoinette “Toni” Fasolino Rzasa, MA, LAC                                                                                               Licensed Associate Counselor #37AC00656700, Certified School Psychologist

I have been working with children, adults, couples, and families for over 15 years in a variety of settings. My professional background is in school psychology, counseling, and social work.

My education includes a B.A. in Psychology from Temple University, a M.Ed. in School Counseling from Kutztown University, and a Certification in School Psychology from Eastern University. I am also a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in NJ.

I began my career in the field, counseling and working with adolescents placed in treatment facilities, later transitioning to a social worker role providing services to foster children and their families. I have spent the last 10 years working as a School Psychologist with children and adolescents of all ages. I have years of experience in psychoeducational assessments including evaluation of cognitive, social-emotional, and academic abilities. I enjoy counseling children and their families and providing consultative support to school staff and outside providers. Working with families to help identify their needs and find creative solutions to mental health challenges is very rewarding.

I earned my LAC (Licensed Associate Counselor) credential to continue counseling all age groups and grow as a therapist. Through my work with families, I’ve realized that I have a special interest in working with adults, to provide support addressing mental health issues, relationship concerns, and career goals.

My passion is to support all ages on their path to mental health wellness.

Michele Keyes, MA, LSW                                                                                                                                               Licensed Social Worker #44SL07190100

Navy Veteran

I earned my BA in Psychology at Hawaii Pacific University in Honolulu, HI and my MA in Social Work at Widener University in Chester, PA. While serving, I was a Sexual Assault Response and Prevention (SAPR) Victim Advocate as well as a Suicide Awareness Coordinator.

I have experience with working with children, teens, and adults who are coping with depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma to include sexual trauma. I also have experience with couples and families who are struggling with trauma and communication challenges. I strongly believe that each person has an individual story, regardless of the similarities they may have with another, and because of that, each client deserves the right to be heard, seen, and validated.

I use an array of evidence-based practices to assist clients, but I am drawn to the techniques of Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) along with Play Therapy and Psychodynamic and Mindfulness techniques.

I reside in South Jersey with my family and my two dogs, Koa and Mele. In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling, day trips, hiking, horticulture, and being social with friends.

Rebekah Worth, MSW, LMSW                                                                                                                      Licensed Social Worker # 44SL07246900

Hi, I’m Rebekah. I’m a licensed social worker with a Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University, where I focused my graduate studies on trauma and interpersonal violence. I also earned my undergraduate degree in Social Work, graduating summa cum laude, and have always been passionate about understanding the human experience through both an academic and deeply personal lens.

Over the past two years, I’ve worked in both clinical and administrative roles to help individuals access the resources, support, and advocacy they need—especially during times when they may feel powerless. My goal is to offer a space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to move forward.

I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), complex grief therapy, and solution-focused therapy. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals.

Whether you’re navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to help you explore new possibilities and reconnect with your strengths.

Olivia Eichman, LAC Licensed Associate Counselor #37AC00889300

Hi, I’m Olivia Eichman, LAC. I’m a licensed associate counselor with a Master of Science in Community and Trauma Counseling and a concentration in Children’s Play Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University — where I also earned my undergraduate degree in Health Sciences with a Physician Assistant concentration.

As a former Division II rower and competitive swimmer for over a decade, I bring the mindset of an athlete into the therapy room — the grit, the discipline, the pressure, and the resilience. That same drive now fuels my work with individuals and families as they heal from trauma, navigate life transitions, and reconnect with their sense of self.

I work primarily with clients from middle school through their 30s, as well as older adults and families, and have extensive experience supporting individuals with autism and other special needs of any age. My clinical passions include trauma recovery, sports counseling, and supporting neurodivergent clients with compassion and flexibility.

In session, I take a warm, collaborative approach, tailoring treatment to each person’s strengths, needs, and nervous system. I integrate techniques from CBT, EMDR, somatic work, and play therapy to create a space where healing isn’t just possible, it’s empowering. Whether you’re navigating burnout, trauma, identity shifts, or performance pressure, I’m here to help you slow down, tune in, and move forward.

Joshua Gonos, LAC

Licensed Associate Counselor #37AC00833000

I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Saint Joseph’s University. I started my clinical experience during my time pursuing my Bachelor’s as a patient safety attendant working alongside a psychiatric nurse in an inpatient psychiatric unit. I then became certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and worked with children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder using Applied Behavior Analysis. I also have past experience as a psychotherapist in private practice and have gained experience working with adults, adolescents, and children.

I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy that I adjust based on the needs of each client. I like to use a client centered and mindful approach where I also pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques in order to create meaningful growth with each client. When working with couples, I use the Gottman method and am certified in Gottman level 1. One of my main goals during the therapy process is to create a nonjudgmental and safe space so that each individual can heal.

My spirituality is a huge part of my life and I believe that by facilitating growth in others, I also grow in the process. I have been meditating and utilizing mindfulness techniques myself since high school. If desired, I can also teach meditation and pull from eastern spiritual teachings in order to help facilitate healing and personal growth.

When I’m not working, I enjoy playing guitar, hanging out with friends and family, and spending time connecting with nature.
