*Evolve Counseling and Wellness believes everyone should have access to counseling services and offers a reduced out-of-pocket rate or sliding scale rate. This can be for new or existing clients who have lost their insurance, are out-of-network, or going through a financial hardship. Please call to inquire and discuss options.
Payment
Insurance
Evolve Counseling and Wellness is in-network with most major insurance plans. If the insurance is an out-of-network plan, the client is responsible for the cost of sessions, then can seek reimbursement from their insurance company. Most out-of-network plans reimburse for at least half or even all of the cost of the session.

EAP (Employer Assisted Programs)
Several EAP programs are in-network and accepted. Sessions through an EAP are free to clients, so contact your employer about EAP benefits.
Out-of-Pocket
You may opt to pay out-of-pocket for your counseling services. This option insures the highest level of confidentiality and privacy because there is not a requirement to release information about your treatment, diagnosis, or records to an insurance company.
