Insurance
Evolve Counseling and Wellness has both in-network and out-of-network insurance options. Please call to discuss your insurance plan and benefits.
**When using out-of-network benefits, most insurance companies do reimburse for all or most of the cost of mental health services. Please note that using your out-of-network insurance coverage does have special benefits in that you have more options and control over your treatment, such as you are not limited to a certain number of counseling sessions and there is a higher level of privacy/confidentiality.
EAP – Employer Assisted Programs
Contact your employer about EAP programs through your work. Certain EAP plans are accepted, please call for more information.
Out-of-Pocket
You may opt to pay out-of-pocket for your counseling services and not use your insurance company benefits at all. This option insures the highest level of confidentiality and privacy because there is not a requirement to release information about your treatment, diagnosis, or records to an insurance company.
Sliding Scale
Evolve Counseling and Wellness believes everyone should have access to counseling services. If you do not have health insurance and are experiencing a financial hardship, please call to discuss the sliding scale and/or alternate options and referrals.
